This Terms of Service (or "TOS"), which we may update from time to time without notice to you, is a legal agreement between you and Seemie! (or "us") regulating your partecipation on the Seemie! website.
- Description of Service.
Seemie! is an extreme entertainment website featuring the best extreme videos from all over the internet.
Seemie! media is carefully chosen among hundreds of videos regularly submitted by our users.
Seemie! users can freely watch, upload, rate, comment, search, and share original content and videos from all over the world.
You understand and agree that some of the videos submitted by our users can be particularly graphic due to their particular nature.
You understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements in several different forms, and that these advertisements are necessary for Seemie!
to provide the Service.
You agree that the Service may include communications from Seemie! through various medium, and these are part of Seemie! membership.
Any new features that are added to or enhance the current Service, shall be subject to the TOS. The Service is provided "AS-IS". Consequently,
Seemie! assumes no responsibility for the timeliness of delivery or
failure to store any user communications or custom settings.
You are responsible for any fees arising from obtaining access to the Service, including any third-party fees (ISP charges, etc).
- Registration.
You understand that in order to gain access to additional priviligies, you have the option to register with us.
Registration is not required in order to visit our website.
However, registration entitles you to several benefits.
For examples, registration enables you to access your comments, favorites, and subscriptions.
When you register with Seemie!, we require you to provide us with personal information such as
your email address, your country, city, and state, your occupation, gender, and interest, your website if any.
This information is stored by Seemie!.
You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information about yourself when you register with us. You also agree to promptly update your personal membership data to keep it
current and complete. Seemie! reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice.
- Content Submission.
Seemie! does not claim ownership of content you contribute or submit to the Service.
You warrant that you are the author and owner of the intellectual property rights of the content you submit. However, you grant Seemie!
a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate,
create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology,
and that all "moral rights" that you may have in that content have been voluntarily waived by you. You agree that you shall not submit any information:
- known to be false or inaccurate;
- defamatory, libelous, hateful, racially or religiously offensive in nature;
- that infringes any third party's proprietary rights such as copyrights, patents, trademarks, etc;
- that includes any third party's personal data;
- for which you received any kind of compensation.
- Indemnity.
You agree to indemnify and hold Seemie! and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents,
employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand,
including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of
Content you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through the Service,
your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or
your violation of any rights of another.
- Modifications to Service.
Seemie! reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with or without prior notice. You agree that Seemie!
shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, or discontinuance of the Service.
- Minors' use of our site.
The use of Seemie! is not intended by anyone under the age of 18.
By accessing and using Seemie!, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
We will cancel any membership belonging to a minor, should we become aware that you are under 18 years of age.
- Termination.
Seemie! reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice. You can cancel your account at any time
by emailing support@seemie.com. Excessively inactive accounts will be deemed to be abandoned and closed accordingly.
- Limitation of Liability.
You agree that Seemie! and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employers, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct,
indirect, incidental, special, consequental or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses
resulting from 1) the user or the inability to use the Service; 2) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or service
purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Service; 3) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmission or data; 4)
statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or 5) any other matter relating to the Service.
